          Delivery & Returns Policy

We expect to despatch all goods within 3 working days from receipt of cleared payment provided that the item(s) are in stock. Should any item not be in stock you should see an out of stock notice for the size chosen. You may cancel all or part of your order prior to despatch notification and we will make the appropriate refund.

Deliveries:

Within the U.K Shoes/Handbags will incur a Postage charge of £3.50 per item for up to 2 items, Standard Recorded; additional items will be free of postage. Express Postage, next day, will incur a Postage charge of £6.00 per item for up to 2 items; additional items will be free of postage.

Deliveries outside the U.K.
Shoes/Handbags will incur a Shipping charge of £ 9.00 per item for up to 2 items; additional items will be free of shipping.

Returns:

We trust that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase; however should this not be the case then you may return the item within 14 days from recorded receipt, unused and in the original condition and packaging for exchange or refund. For exchanges of shoes (requiring a different size only), there will be no additional postage cost. Refunds will exclude the original cost of postage/shipping.  All returns are at senders cost and must be sent traceable to ensure delivery to us.  The Klassical Company will not be held responsible for non delivery.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment card on receipt of a copy of the original sales receipt.

We will not exchange or refund shoes that have been worn or damaged or handbags that have been used or marked/damaged in any way.  Handbag returns must include any promotional gifts.

Payment:

Payment can be made online using Paypal, all major credit & debit cards are accepted. Payment by cheque is only acceptable from the U.K in sterling or euro. and will require 7 working days clearance.
For customers out side the U.K. a currency converter will allow you to pay in any major currency.

Payment can be made by telephone, we accept all major credit/debit cards.

Once payment is processed your order will be valid.

Pricing:

The prices shown for all of our products are the same for all customers, irrespective of country. Customers outside of the European Economic Community are responsible for paying any Customs Import Duties or local Taxes to obtain their order. The Klassical Company will not be held liable in any respect.
